Youth Development

Training takes place on Wednesday nights at Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens from 7-8pm. Girls of all standards from year 7 upwards welcome. Training costs just £50 for the season (for those playing regularly in the 1st,2nd or 3rd team, please see the subs page for more info).
